Workout level? - All levels, there will be alternatives. It's going to be fun!

What do you need to prepare? - Your body, a workout mat, and 10-20 minutes out of your 24 hours.

Will you get results after 21 days? - This is not a rapid weight-loss challenge or six-pack challenge. This challenge helps you get out of that "I-am-not-ready" barrier to starting making exercise a habit. Getting results is a bonus! (for sure, fitter, mentally stronger, some weight-loss if you fully commit to this challenge).
